Anti-Interference Performance, The CL-9000i is the first in the industry to integrate a hemolysis quantitative detection device, solving the problem of hemolysis interference in NSE (Neuron-Specific Enolase) testing and effectively alerting to false elevations of NSE caused by hemolysis. For supporting immunological reagents, Mindray has established an interference sample library representing millions of people, adopting a "cocktail-style" blocking design and epitope-specific blocking technology. Over 120 types of blockers have been developed and applied to different projects, effectively reducing interference from heterophilic antibodies and other substances. The BS-5000 uses PDR Panoramic Optical Measurement Technology to eliminate interference from hemolysis, lipemia, and jaundice, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Extreme Sample Adaptability: To meet the extreme challenges posed by more special patient samples to instrument performance, the BS-5000 adopts integrated transmission-diffusion technology, increasing IgE (Immunoglobulin E) detection sensitivity by 5 times. For the MALB (Microalbumin) project, it uses TRUST Dual-Reaction Fusion Technology, achieving a linear range of up to 30,000 mg/L with 99.99% of samples requiring no retesting—delivering accurate results in one test. The CL-9000i innovatively creates a high-sensitivity, wide-linear detection platform. Applied to the Total β HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) project, it ensures low-end sensitivity while expanding the linear range to 200,000 mIU/ml, reaching the industry’s top level. This eliminates the need for colloidal gold pre-testing and dilution retesting for Total β HCG, enabling reports to be obtained 20 minutes earlier and significantly improving testing efficiency.

Addressing the conflict between the demand for high-volume sample testing and chemiluminescence detection efficiency, the new generation CL-9000i achieves a maximum testing throughput of 800 tests per hour, drastically reducing sample TAT (Turnaround Time) with results available in as fast as 10 minutes. The BS-5000 integrates a parallel optical system (2,400 tests/hour) and electrolyte module (up to 1,800 tests/hour), achieving a single-machine comprehensive speed of 4,200 tests per hour—easily handling morning peak sample volumes.

Delving into instrument details, the new generation CL-9000i ensures continuous stability through technological innovations and full-process monitoring in sampling, washing, incubation, optical measurement, and other key processes. Reagents ensure batch-to-batch consistency through raw material control and directed coupling technology, keeping the CV (Coefficient of Variation) of test results below 5% for most projects under long-term use, multiple reagent batches, and repeated calibrations.
